Jillian Michael's Body Revolution- 90 day program

Almost done with week 3! Week 3 & 4 bring on the next level of workouts and they were hard at first (compared to weeks 1 & 2) but I am getting used to them now! The cardio is the same though.

My weight went up a couple of pounds but we went out to eat 3 times this past week Friday as we usually do, Saturday we unexpectedly had to go out for my stepmother's bday and I caved and had bread and cheesecake and then last night we went out to eat for my son's 10th bday. Trying to get back on track though. Still noticing changes in my body as well I am soo much more productive during the day once I get my morning workout in. Love it!

Are you noticing big changes ( toning etc?). I just got mine in mail today( fast shipping!!!). I'm hoping it will work for toning and such

I have had P90X sitting in my drawer for a yerr now. I think I may give that a go first, just cause I already own it

Hopefully the price comes down again. When I first was eyeing it, it was like $130 or something and I was able to get it under $100 on amazon.

We have P90X too and my DH lost a lot of weight on it!

Good to know! Id love my dh to start working out but he doesnt have the desire to lose the weight yet. I have big plans to do p90x this summer lol. Since dd will be off school, i wont be able to run daily

How is this different from her other videos? I've been doing her 30 Day Shred video regulary for almost 2 years now and just bought her ab video and have been doing that the last few weeks. Are the workouts on the Body Revolution longer?
