Yes they do, a girl on their fb page is from Hawaii and she ordered. The Zoya fairy said they do ship and shipping time may be a little longer but it will arrive.

Depending on the colors you chose, the high demand ones are taking longer to ship out. I got my first order last week, I heard now Aurora is back ordered due to high demand, glad I ordered early, it is gorgeous and one I bought.
Go to your zoya account and to the top click my account, then to the left click on unshipped and see if your order is still in there , if not then check the shipped orders and your dc will be in there.
