What worked for us is a hazelwood necklace, CJ's butter in a stick with lavender EO applied on it (helps with itch and dryness)... We also use coconut oil topically sometimes as well as orally. DH gets horrible excema behind his ears!
The CJ's was the life saver! The others help but CJ's gets 5 stars from us! ETA: allergy tests can be done just about anywhere, now. I had mine ordered thru a regular general doctor, and went to lab corp or another lab to fill the order.
