Bought new by me the end of September. Fabric is faded/pilly. The blue one has some discoloration all over the front, as pictured. No stains.

Is this still available? Is it true to size or do they run big/small?

They are still available. My son is a skinny 28 lbs and fits in these probably in the middle of the weight range.
