ideas for kale?

We juice kale! Add a bunch with a cucumber, green apple and a squeeze of lemon, maybe some chia seeds. I drink it almost daily--it's really good. Really!

We eat kale raw along with baked tuna chunks and brown rice. I use it as a vegetable topping in our sandwiches as replacement to lettuce. I'd rather have the leaves eaten raw (they must be carefully washed first) because it helps our liver detoxify toxic wastes away from our body.

My kids will eat it raw like a carrot.

Get some olive oil HOT in a frying pan and throw in roughly chopped kale, stir frying it until it's all wilted and there are some crispy spots. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
Or
Massage the kale with some sea salt, then serve it with lemon-garlic dressing.

Kale is great! I love cooking kale and spinach and garlic with a little salt!

I put a little butter in a pan, a handful of ripped up kale, some salt, pepper and garlic powder and heat until it starts to get crispy. Then I do an english muffin with avacado spread on it, then the kale, topped with a dippy egg. Yum!

mmm i love kale!!!

i use it in a smothie, saute them with onions too. drop them in chicken noodle soup.
