I roasted a chicken last week and used a Bundt pan as a vertical roaster and it worked awesome to get the skin crispy. I am still looking for the perfect seasoning mixture and wasnt a big fan of putting the veggies in the bottom of the bundt pan but, all in all it was an awesome idea

We do beer can but we use a Coke can and wine, or even the Coca Cola.
