Re: Cloth safe diaper cream?
Arrowroot powder also take moisture away and is a good alternative to cornstarch powder. I made my own lotion out of coconut oil, almond oil, and shea butter.

Re: Cloth safe diaper cream?
Grandma El's is not truly cloth diaper safe because it has Petrolatum and lanolin in it. If you use it use a liner.
My fave completely cloth diaper safe creams are: -Thirsties Booty Love which is -Motherlove's diaper rash & thrush balm repackaged in a different size -Homestead Baby Baby Balm (but they're going out of business) -Plain Coconut oil I also have CJ's but it took me quite a while to rule it out as cause of irritation and rash in Noah and I'm still not 100% sure he doesn't react to some scents. I'd rather use one of the ones above before I use CJ's for that reason. ((ETA: I do have Dimpleskins Naturals Bum Bum Balm that I haven't used yet. That's suppose to be completely CD safe also.)) I do have Grandma El's and some other non-CD safe creams that I use with liners if/when I have to use them.
