Seller Verification

Maybe this is the wrong place for this question, but I'm not sure where to go. I went here

to read about how to become a seller. I know I still need some more posts. I have a verified Paypal account, but I can't figure out where I need to go to apply to be a seller. Am I missing something in the link above?

Once you meet all teh requirements you just need to click the button that says 'Click here to Start the Verification Process.'
