Fruits and veggies

Anyone have any idea for how to save money on fresh fruits and veggies? Besides buying locally and in season? We do that as much as possible but I haven't found any good farms or farmers markets around us. (Tampa area). I'm trying to get the whole family to eat more of them and I'm finally starting to get my oldest to eat some. S I want to continue.

not really. the only other things I could add are to buy in bulk and can or freeze it and then to do a CSA.

I try to keep an eye out for coupons as much as I can. Earthbound farms has .75off one item frequently. There was just a coupon on coupons.com for 2.00 off a 3lb bag of grapefruits ( I printed this twice so I don't know if it is still available). I shop at Walmart the most and price match what I can. Some of my good deals I got tonight were avocados 5 for .99, bananas 4lbs for .99 and cantaloupe was 1.00 each.
