Roast is in the crockpot, paired with mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls. I just cook the meat alone because I am the only one that will eat veggies cooked with it.

I have some leftover pot roast from last week that I froze. I'm making into a beef pot pie. I'll be at work though, so I'll probably just make enough for DH and the boys.

Not sure yet. We have to grocery shop after nap time. I've been craving pizza! So maybe margarita pizza.

Re: What's for dinner?
roast in the crock pot, potatoes and carrots...cause today is our check-in day for the livestock show. I have 3 people coming to stay at my house but we will be gone most of the day getting the bunnies all situated. It smells soooo yummy right now though!

Re: What's for dinner?
Hubby is bringing home a pizza. Wednesday is his day to "take care" of dinner.

I'm trying my hand at pad thai which I've never even tasted so that should be interesting.

Re: What's for dinner?
Wednesday is late night TKD, we spend 3hours at the studio, get home for 45 minutes and dh turns around and leaves again for his own training session (he instructs so he needs time to learn as well) so it is crock pot/fast dinner night. I'm making crock pot Ratatouille. First time making this recipe so we will see how it tastes. Actually it looks like I'm going to be stuck home tonight with a sick child but that is ok.
