We made pot roast last night so tonight I'm up for something light. A simple salad with garlic viniagrette made with a very special olive oil.

Tomorrow... Meatloaf!

Noddle-less veggie lasagna

I think tomorrow will be butternut quash risotto and a spinach salad.

Grilled rib eye steaks with baked potatoes and probably corn. Meat and potato family here.
