Pinto beans and skillet cornbread and a salad. DH hates spicy stuff so "my pot" of beans has hot sauce, jalapeños, and jalapeño juice added in. YUM!

I have just told DD I will make macaroni and cheese. DH won't be home until late tonight, and I am not feeling hungry. So, kids will eat macaroni .

We are having beef stew with lots of carrots. I serve mashed potatoes on top like whipped cream.
