Just looked at site - my little one is already in 2T & we are just starting to PT I'm guessing this would be too small - bummer

About sizing: OtterMama's daughter is 3.5 years old, 29 lbs, with a 21 inch waist and 16 inch rise. She wears the size L on the largest snap setting.
XL fits up to a 23 inch waist and 18 inch rise.
M fits up to a 20 inch waist and 14.5 inch rise
S fits up to a 19 inch waist and 13.5 inch rise
Choose size: S (12-18 months), M (18-24 months), L (2-3 yrs), XL (3-4 yrs)

here's the measurments but not weight range.
I am pretty sure my dd wore this when she was 21/2-3 yrs and she was prob only 22lbs. She's pretty small she will be 5 in april and is still only 29 lbs!

If your daughter has smaller thighs and a shorter rise than it should fit it would be sorta like undies in sizing. I bet a large would be too big but I could be wrong. how much does she weigh?
