Anyone make custom address labels?

I really really want some customized address labels for my packages. Anyone here do it or know of a good source? I already have the idea and I just need it done. I am wanting to use a simple logo like what I have on my embroirdered labels. PLEASE pm or email me... I'm in need of some serious spam
