Utah Valley in June and then either Nike Womens (if I draw out in the lotto) or Big Cottonwood.

Wind is worse. Wind will always keep me in bed.

I'm hoping that by adding some ab work to my walking/floor aerobics (cause that's really what the walking DVDs are is aerobics with simpler moves, and no step.) that I can start to lose some of the bulk around my middle.
You're in Northern Utah, right? I can help you find a studio. Or if you want to drive to my house on Monday or Friday I can show you a few things

Do you run with something over your face when it is that cold?

I am, just west of Ogden. Where are you at? I got a few ab workout ideas from a friend of mine. I'm really wanting to get back into doing the other DVDs. Running kills my knees, even when I have the "right shoes" (went to a running shoe store and got fitted twice and both pairs it still killed me). So the DVDs work really well for me. But that's a really good idea if I run out of stuff or get bored with my workouts. I tend to get bored really easily, but I know I have to keep moving. I feel so much better when I do something.

That's awesome!!! I never thought to keep track of how many miles I run, but that sounds kinda fun. I might have to start.

I stuck with my work out plan and got in exercise 5 days in a row! I'm beat and my body needs a rest day.

I log my miles on daily mile and with my garmin. I am over 50 for this month which is pretty amazing considering...

I use both dailymile and runtastic to keep track
plus a calendar (good ole paper and pencil!!)

Great job on listening to your body and taking much needed rest!!
