Woah, sorry for all the posts!! My phone was acting like the posts timed out, so I kept trying to re-post! And now I'm probably several discussion points behind.

They probably don't sell an identical product, but allow the store to trademark a feature, but the products are similar enough that the consumer feels duped for having paid the store's price-point.
That would be my guess too. And I don't have a problem with that scenario at all. That's how business works, no? I don't think a $10 diaper that costs $2.50 (or whatever) to produce but which needs to be shipped from China, inspected, marketed, etc. is overpriced. But practically the same diaper (same factory, same materials, etc.) asking as much as an American made diaper, no, I wouldn't be happy.

It seems to me she is being accused of some of the very same things. So her attitude on top of that seal the deal.

Huh? I don't think that's the case. She's the one who is claiming to have her design stolen.......and she most certainly doesn't steal other people's prints.

This whole thing is just so frustrating......I don't know if people are being obtuse or wanting to bury their heads in the sand......I just don't get it. I really miss the way this board/industry used to be years ago before the infiltration of these companies.......this new era is sad.

I believe she was accused of stealing some sort of design from Evolution diapers. Check out post 145.

So, that does mean they are based in Canada? Right? Or is there fine print somewhere I'm missing that indicates its a Chinese company?

If their office is in Canada, it must be sort of like Platform 9 and 3/4.

I'm not sure since it is old. It means it isn't "their factory" though.
