How do you know if you ovulate?

(note that it mentions a clear and sustained thermal shift in the BBT), so basically that means a significant rise in Basal Body Temperature that stays higher for several days.

They've got some great tutorials and an option for free charting on www.fertilityfriend.com. If you start charting, it'll be much easier to see exactly when you are ovulating each cycle.
