Diaper Swappers

I am looking for a sippy cup spout and adapter for a Klean Kanteen bottle. I think there are actually two different sippy spouts now available, and I would take either! I already have a Klean Kanteen bottle, but just can't find the sippy adapters anywhere!
I would hope to pay less than $10

Please help me find this
