Imagine Bamboo Prefolds - What size?

I am wanting to buy the Imagine Bamboo prefolds to trifold into diaper covers, and to stuff into pockets. What size should I get if my baby is currently on the medium rise setting for most of his pockets and on the smallest rise setting on size 2 Thirsties Duo wraps?

Probably medium. Maybe smalls.

I use smalls for my 2yo on the medium rise in BGs and Flips. They're perfect, no extra bulk. And the bamboo seems about the same as a flip organic so no problems with absorbency
