Of course. If I knew he wouldn't I would never leave him alone with the kids! You just never know....

If he was home, I'd prefer that he go, since he's the one with medical training. When one of our kids was admitted for pneumonia he stayed with her to keep an eye on her medical care.

When my other dd broke her arm, I took her in and dh met me there because he was at work, but he couldn't take off for her ortho appts. He's super involved with everything, though.

Honestly I can't even believe this question has to be asked.

Of course my DH would and has many times. He has even taken the 4month old since I was at work.

Ideally we both like to go but since we both WOH it is often just one of us. If possible we never take healty kids to urgent care. Especially now with the baby, DH would rather take an older child. It is just easier for me to stay home. I completely trust him and he knows just as much about their medical history as I do.

Of course. DH is usually the one that does ER/urgent care trips with one of the kids while I stay with the other. The only exception would be if a young nursling was the sick one, then I'd go for sure.

Dh absolutely would but it would have to be a pretty uncommon situation for him to go instead of me. Both kids prefer me when they're sick or injured and there would have to be a serious reason for me to not go with them. Not to mention, dh would just end up calling me dozens of times with questions about birthdays, what happened to cause the injury, allergies, etc.

Whatever hesitation B would have taking anyone to the hospital is based on me having more experience and knowing what to ask. I'm also a much more assertive/aggressive patient advocate than he is. Knowing it's in the best interest of the kids I'm usually the one (or we both go) taking the kids to the walk-in or ER.

Yes he sure would! I'd beat him senseless if he wouldn't or didn't lol. My baby was in the nicu for 50 days & there wasn't one single day that he wasn't up there & sometimes 2 or 3 times a day depending on how I felt cause I wanted to live there with her. In fact my child is not allowed to be alone with anyone who would not take her to hospital in case of emergency to many things can happen

Yes, he would and has. DS4 injured himself on DD2's 2nd birthday at bedtime, so DH took DS to the ER for stitches, and I put DD to bed. He also visited during DD's short NICU stay.
