now that im 10 weeks out.....
What should i be doing to prepare for a homebirth?? I know the obvious like walking, but what about the not so obvious? Im getting nervous

You mean prepare your body? Same things as any other planned vaginal birth... walking and squatting are good.
To prepare for not having pain meds?? Get some books or research relaxation and breathing techniques.

I suggest red raspberry leaf. It tones your uterus and allows it to be more efficient during labor and after. I swear by it!

Yea, i need more red raspberry leaf tea, probiotics, maybe some liquid chlorophyll, too.
Maybe epo for my girly parts. I really want this to be as smooth and easy as possible bc i know i wont have alot of help at home afterward. |

I wouldn't be doing anything that I don't normally do with regards to my body - which is, really, nothing. I just let things happen as they will.
I would be asking my MW for a list of things to buy and have at the house, like a birth kit or shower curtains or whatnot.
