Re: quick, healthy hot breakfast

How about grits or cheese grits or fried cornmeal mush with syrup. I always thought that mush sounded awful but just tried it recently and it is quite good. Something different Yeah!

Re: quick, healthy hot breakfast

Panini w slices of bread (place a slice of cheese, pre-cooked meat, roast, chorizo, spinach, kale, tomtoes, etc. whatever you like. ) Just dump them on a slice of bread, put another slice on top and put them in your electric grill. Press. Tasty panini in 10 mins. No efforts.

Boil lots of eggs, potatoes, sweet potatoes. Warm them just before breakfast - a litte bit of salt and olive oil are enough to give some taste.

You are very welcome. I saved it on my blog instead of my favorites so I can still find it when I'm not at the same computer. Yes, they were that good!! lol I think that will be my project for next weekend since I did waffles and breakfast burritos today. I'm trying to stock the freezer with quick breakfasts as that is a meal we are struggling with at the moment.

Fake peanut butter. Wow butter is soy based peanut free "peanut" butter. Comes in very handy when you have a peanut allergy in the house. Sun butter is a sunflower seed based fake peanut butter also.
