Ours is a hamilton beach with 3 ceramic pots. A 2 quart, 4 quart, & a 6 quart. We've had it several years, use it frequently & it's fabulous.

I had Rival 6qt before my HB one, and the lid on that one did not wobble and spit. That is why I was kinda disappointed with my new one (that dh got me for Christmas, even though I didn't really need it).

I think the new ones don't wobble because they have contraptions on them that hold the lid in place. So it seems.
