They are European but very well known & popular here in the US. The Easy Fits are an AIO yes with a sleeve that is attached (like the OS Simplex have).

Do they not ship to the US? I started to go through the checkout process and the US wasn't on their list of countries

I'm fairly certain they do. I remember people in the US buying their new prints directly from them before they were released here.

Well, shoot! I was all over this. I can't check out though. There's no way to put in a US shipping address.
