Diaper Swappers

Not to keep swamping the board but I'm hoping to have as many thoughts and prayers coming for Everett as possible. He was doing fabulous and throwing his attitude around all night until about 5am. His oxygen needs suddenly went up and he began struggling even on Cpap at 40% oxygen and high settings. He has been intubated now with a collapsed lung and chest tube. Something we haven't experienced with our previous preemies. I'm sure hormones are not helping but I'm really struggling as well trying to keep it together for lil' man.

Will be praying. I had a preemie born at 2 pounds i was 30 weeks. One of the nicu nurses told me for every step forward they take expect them to take 2 steps back. Mine ended up in nicu for 50 days. It's horrible I know but pray & we all will be to. I think preemies are twice as tough than we think they are. Thinking of you & baby

I'll be praying for Everett...He's in great care and they're keeping a close eye on him. I can only imagine how scary this is! Hopefully this is only a little hiccup that resolves quickly.

He will be in my thoughts and prayers and so will you Mama! It's so hard to see our LO struggle. I know from experience, but you'll get through it!
