Goodmamas... Are they worth it?
I have NEVER spent more than $25 on a diaper and they were always AIOs at that. Are Goodmamas worth the extra cost? I'm looking for a night time diaper for my heavy wetting DD and these have always intrigued me. Please talk me in to or out of buying their grab bag!!!

Eh..... I wouldn't buy them for more than $20. They have exposed snaps and served edges that sometimes irritate babies. They're not bad dipes at all, they're just kinda bulky and I hate the exposed snaps.

My advice is to find one used! Not worth the super high NIP price... I just got three for 55 and that is worth it to me
But they are great! However, many wahms make products just as nice for far less!

They NEVER worked overnight for my super heavywetting Diabetic (peed a ton, like 5 Luvs or 2 Pampers Extra Protection with Sbish wool overtop a night ton).
I haven't owned a NIP one in several years so I don't know how they are now. I doubt the absorbancy has changed much. Jodie ~ mama to Big K, Medium K & Lil' k

Re: Goodmamas... Are they worth it?
They were worth it for me, but I don't do cloth at night anymore.
I bought a ton when my now 4 year old was a baby. I still have them, and they still look pretty much new. They were the only diaper I had, aside from my Elbees, that survived being stored for years with 0 casualties. All of the elastic is still great. They are absorbent enough that my dd could nap in them, and wear them coverless. She rarely soaked through them. They also fit her perfectly. So, even though they are expensive, they will be on kiddo #2 once he's big enough, so I think I got my money's worth out of them. Oh, and another thing I like about them, is that I know what I'm getting every time I buy one. Sometimes when you buy a lot of diapers, you will get some that just don't seem right, but I know when I buy GM, I'm getting a high quality product. I'm VERY picky about quality. I'm not a "fan," I don't collect prints or hang them on my wall or anything, and I'm not a member of the GM fan group or anything like that. I'm just a regualr CD using mom, who after the last 7 or 8 years has tried just about everything, and GM's work really well for me.

I didn't find the GM Goodnight to be that absorbent. Hands down Bububebe are so much more absorbent. They are also in that $27 range but so worth it. They work awesome and you may not even need there sleepy time one specifically made for night. You can get them used on their b/s/t FB page.

Re: Goodmamas... Are they worth it?
I like them. Very absorbant. I would never pay NIP price though. I ran across an amazing deal on CL this summer for a huge lot of them.
I would probably get one off FSOT to try out and see if you actually like them. they are bulky. I only use them under wool right now.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I think I'll try to find one used first.

No way. They never lasted through the night for my kids. And they are too trim to put much extra inside them. Totally not worth the price, IMO.
