What size Imagine flat works best in a GroVia shell on the smallest or middle setting? Medium or small? I'm guessing large would be way too big?

Also, if you add something else for absorbency, what fits/works best?

It really depends on how you fold it - it can work for the small, medium, and large settings all the same

That's the great thing about flats!

The larger sizes can be folded sown to fit but will be bulkier.
