Diaper Safari cover vs Diaper Rite Cover

Are they essentially the same? I have Diaper Rite covers and don't want to get a Diaper Safari cover if they are. But I have to admit, Im intrigued at this point.

The DR one seems to run smaller, but they appear to be the same basic design. It might just be tighter elastic. I prefer the DS one on my marshmallow thighed 4 month old.
