Yes, another "slow cooker" thread. Sorry.
Over in Kitchen, someone said that there may be crock pots (ok, slow cookers) that don't wobble in its little pot ridge or spit moisture out when it's bubbling. Is this true? Do you have a slow cooking pot crock that doesn't rattle around and spray?

Mine doesn't....its a Rival Smart-pot. It came with a stoneware bowl and a divided stoneware bowl.
I really like it. We use it every Monday.

Mine rattles on high because the moisture is bubbling. On low is does not.

Re: Yes, another "slow cooker" thread. Sorry.
The last two I have had have done this. Previous to that, I never had this issue. They have both been Crockpot brand. I feel they get hotter, thus achieve boiling temps, and that is where the spitting and rocking come in. Just yesterday I had chicken cacciatore in the crockpot and could hear it all the way in the basement.
