Tribulus experiences?
I'm trying to regulate my cycles since my miscarriage, and my sisters have offered me Tribulus supplements.
My sister was 16 months pp, and still had yet to have AF, so her midwife gave her Tribulus to help stimulate ovulation. It took only 3 days of her taking it before she O'd (and conceived!). My other sister's cycles had been all over the place since she had an eptopic in July. She began taking it and it took her 17 days to O (also conceived that cycle!). They have now offered it on to me. I miscarried on Dec 11th, and am yet to O. I *thought* I ovulated 2 weeks ago, but don't have any signs of AF and my LP before miscarriage was always 14 days. I'm thinking about taking the supplements, but my Husband is only home from the 1st until the 10th. And I'm worried about timing it correctly... Whew... after all of that - Has anyone on here ever taken Tribulus? Did it help you to O? If so, how many days did it take?
