Are these beta levels good?

I am estimated to be a bit over 5 weeks. They were a bit over 9,600 today.

Is that good for this stage?

They were 5,000-someodd just a couple days ago, right?

If so, that's a good increase! They do stop doubling as quickly after getting to a certain point - can't remember exactly what #.

Have they done an u/s for you, to see what's going on in there?

I think that is in the normal range but how they are doubling is more informative. When and what was your last beta? I cant find where you posted it.

Have you checked out betabase? It would give you a good idea about that. G/L!

Thanks everyone. I had an ultrasound at the hospital on the 17th. They said I was too early for them to see the baby but that "everything is in the right place".

My beta levels on the 17th were 5,739.

I think what they really look for is whether the beta level doubles within 72 hours. However, this is my 4th successful pg and only one time did I have doubling the way they wanted. I believe their recommendations are just a guide and not required. Good luck on your pregnancy!

BTW When I was 5 weeks with my last my beta level was 4200 which they said was low but he is almost 8.
