a simple menu plan this week
We are eating plant-based at my house, my husband and I, and our two daughters. We have been going strong since July, but I am tired of always making new meals. This week I made it a point to do super easy and kid friendly meals. I love to cook, but lately I feel I am spending so much time in the kitchen and the meal isn't really appreciated any more then something that would take half the time. I guess I am just burned out.
Anyone else feel burned out in the kitchen? Not only the cooking, but the cleaning as well. So I am happy to start a week of easy cooking and cleaning. Yeah!

Hubby does most of our cooking as I hate it but do it when need be. I would rather clean than hear belly aching on how dishes are put into sink. I'm alone at nights so I do what I can. Toddler wakes in panic if I'm not close by and we have 2 story house..... so no dishes after kids go to bed.
