I have been pumping basically since my LO was born. Now I'm only able to pump 5 ounces while at work. I used to get about 10. Is this common since he is getting older and how can I keep up?!

I was not able to sustain my supply while I worked. The pump was just not efficient enough for me. Could be that your body is not responding to the pump. Have you tried fenugreek?

Eat oatmeal. I pump at work and this had helped so much!!

How often do you pump? It helped me I think to be on prenatals.
