Immunization waivers for Ca still work for this year?

I know that new law passed for immunizations that there are some extra things you need to do along with the waivers. I havent heard anything about it for awhile but I thought it wasn't in affect until next year? I am going to enroll my ds's in a new school and dont want to do the Tdap so Im wondering if I can still do the waiver? Thanks!
