Re: Pancakes in the freezer?
On the burritos: put whatever you like (or make a variety) in a tortilla shell. Make sure you don't overfill. Slightly heat them first so they roll well and don't tear/break. I don't individually wrap mine (I do wrap breakfast sandwiches though). I flash freeze them, then put in a ziploc bag. To reheat, I microwave for 90 seconds, flip, then do another 60-90 seconds.

Re: Pancakes in the freezer?
My grandfather makes a HUGE batch every time we're there and then freezes the leftovers!

Re: Pancakes in the freezer?
For the toaster reheated pancakes, I usually put mine through on the lightest setting with defrost and then again on the lightest setting as warm.

Re: Pancakes in the freezer?
Absolutely! They're better if you reheat them in a toaster or toaster oven though!

Re: Pancakes in the freezer?
I make a big batch and freeze them between parchment paper. Then when the 6 year old wants one they are easy to get apart!

Re: Pancakes in the freezer?
I do it all the time, too.
I wrap them individually in plastic wrap, and then put them all in a freezer bag together.

We do burittos and panacakes. LO loves! We also do omlets in muffin/cupcake tins (no paper of ocurse). pop them out and put them in a frezzer bag and he has a little eggie to go. Quick and easy for crazy mornings.
