Are you going to put the individual covers and insert packs on sale, as well? I'm contemplating getting a day pack, but I'd like more variety with covers on top of that. What about the rest of the site? Will it gradually be marked down?

Much of the site is already marked down (all toys, all clothes, etc.), but the diapers are not all going to be marked down. Since the mark-up on diapers is so low, many of the marked down diapers are being sold at our cost. At this time, we don't want to be shipping one diaper at a time at cost, so we have marked down the sets only. However, if you buy a set (like a stay dry pack for $35) and want to buy some individual diapers too (like an individual flip diaper, currently priced at $16.95), then I bet we could arrange a discount on the individual diaper too.
