Does this AIO exist?

I love pockets and stay-dry AIOs, but I had bad luck with nbs and stay-dry fabrics. It seemed that they didn't pee with enough force at first and the wetness would just roll out of the leg before it could go through the fleece.

My ideal AIO for this stage would have a natural fiber inner, PUL or Windpro outer, the legs roll in so no leg casings, and elastic across the front (side snapping). Much like a Mother Ease AIO, except trimmer and fitting a nb. I have found many AIOs with all of these features except the front elastic.

If I can't find it, then I will try making my own or perhaps use my GAD pockets with insert laid on top of the fleece.
