Diaper Swappers

For my son I kept him in a pack & play by my bed but still had to get out of bed to get him.

For this one, I want something that I can just reach over & get the baby to feed but without having them in bed with me (I don't sleep as good with them right there).

I was looking at the arms reach co-sleeper or anything similar. Anyone use these? Like them? Other ideas?

I had an arms reach co-sleeper with my second daughter and I loved it! It gave her her own space but I was able to get to her easily when I needed to.

I loved having the crib side carred. It was easy to feed baby and put him back in the crib without ever getting up.

we kept a pool noodle for the gap and it sat perfectly flush with our bed.

For the mamas that side car-Ed. Can you post pics? DS is still in the crib so may invest in an arms reach

Did you use it as a travel crib too?

Alot of the pack and plays now come with a bassinet thing that butts up to the bed and can be used much like a cosleeper. We had an arms reach cosleeper with my youngest son and loved it but we just don't use them long enough to justify buying that instead of the standard pack and play.

I plan to sidecar the crib. Haven't tried that yet and I would live to see pics if anyone has done that! Need to show DH!

I loved my arm's reach which I got on craig's list for $70; I didn't really use it as a travel crib because it was an older model and not as easy to fold compared the the pack n' play that my in-laws have at their place. Still, I will be using it for #2 in the future and think it was worth it.
