Both the romper and the hat are size newborn. The romper has 4 buttons handmade polymer clay made by Tessa Ann, short rows in the back, and a crotch gusset for fluffy bums!

For the rise, are you measuring from the neck or shoulder?

the measurements are copied directly from the original listing from Hooked By Carolyn's HC store, since the romper has been neither washed or worn or anything and is exactly as I received it. So I just measured myself, but for the rise I got 18 inches going from crotch to neck all the way around, or 9 inches just going straight up from crotch to neck. Hope that helps!
