Luteal phase questions
I just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly. . . is the luteal phase how many DPO you get before your period comes? So you don't count your ovulation day as one or the first day of your period as one? And is it always better to have the longest LP possible or once you get to a certain # of days in your LP it doesn't matter after that whether it's more or less?

Re: Luteal phase questions
Yes LP is from 1 DPO until the day before AF. So if AF comes at 15 DPO then the LP is 14 days. Some people have no issues getting pregnant with a 10 day LP. Technically it's anything greater than 10 is ok. But I can't seem to get pg with anything under 12. Or over 12 this month. Blech. I think 12-14 is ideal for having enough time for successful implantation.
