That's way more willpower than me! Sometimes I crave something so strongly I start for feel sick if I don't eat it. So I usually cave. But luckily when I do the craving usually goes away and so far I haven't gained too much weight with any of my pregnancies.

I can't get enough straight grapefruit juice. The more sour, the better. On ice. Mmmmmm... Eating actual grapefruit as well, to get some fiber. And I still want coffee in the morning, which is a switch. I usually have an aversion pretty quick, not so far!

I get hungry every 3 hours....probably around the same as before. Sometimes sooner. Eating lots of small meals/ snacks.
