Haha I have this problem too. If I go a little over my calories, then I'm like "well, I'm already in the red..." Not a good mindset.

Measured and along with the 9.4 lbs loss for January I lost 14 inches SO lost 18.4 lbs and 10.5 inches . (yes I am making him do this with me hehehe)
My pants are already fitting way looser needing a belt on some ...but its ok I have plenty of other sizes in the closet lol . Sad to say but I have from a size 4 to a size 16 in there

Get to walk/jog laps in the morning while dd is at basketball practice/game. Then on Sunday we are hiking into the falls again . Need to commit more to my workout dvds this week ...this week I walked but didn't do the dvd's not once (until tonight that is ) .

I went to the Saturday Partner workout this morning. I had to partner with my husband which I hate. I don't think I burned as many calories as I normally would have. Now I'm going to work all day long.

I would and have gone alone, but DH loves to grocery shop, so we try to go on Sundays together so he can get out and shop with me.

I began January 2nd, here are my current stats:

I would love to join. I've been using my fittness pal app on my phone for a week now.
I'm on my phone so I can change the font color.
My starting weight on monday was 153.5 lbs and yesterday I weighed 152 lbs. Already down 1.5 lbs!
My goal weight is around 110 lbs(im only 5ft tall) by my 30th bday in october.
