Doesn't sound like it but I'd definitely call in unethical. I'd look at each of their "about" sections to see if any of them list a place of employment.

Yepppp. I'm mentally ill myself and while I've learned great coping mechanisms, I struggled a LOT as a child/teenager.

Life is already stacked against you when you're ill, the people that are supposed to be helping you don't need to make it harder.

I agree that I would screenshot and forward to the employer. I am all about venting (not in a public forum), but I draw the line at actually making fun of the disabled. It is one thing to say something like, "Some days my job does me in" and something different to actively make fun of specific individuals who are in your care.

They should not be working there if they can't be mature and respectful. That's sick. I hope you find their employer. Regardless of violating privacy, I would not want employees with that attitude.
