how many bottles per night?
Just curious, does your formula fed baby sleep through the night? Or how many bottles do they have each night? And how old is the baby?

It totally depends on age.
I think DD1 was sleeping through the night around 6 months or so??

Re: how many bottles per night?
Depends on how you define STTN. The technical definition is 5 hours straight, in which case my DS STTN around 6-7 months. But if you mean sleeping from the time they go to bed til morning, my DS is almost 13 months and still wakes up once a night. He takes a bottle of milk but I'm trying to switch the milk for water.

Re: how many bottles per night?
My ff son Sttn by the pp definition by 6 weeks. He still wakes up at 5 for a bottle but will sleep from 7pm until then. Wake up for bottle. Go back to sleep until 7/730. He's 12 months.

Re: how many bottles per night?
Depends on age. My kids slept 6-8 hours straight at night by 6-8 weeks and 10-12 hours at night, without waking up to eat, by 3 months. I had one formula baby and three EBF babies, all the same results, though. We do schedule/routine our babies, though, starting at a week or two old.

Dd would take a bottle at 10pm and 5am starting at 2 weeks. She did this on her own, as I don't wake a healthy happy sleeping baby. Ds was every 2-3 hours till 8ish weeks, at that point he would go from 8pm-8am. He also did this on his own. I've heard it's more about sleep cycles and self soothe ability than real hunger? Not sure if that's true or not?

At 8 months old my DS will sleep from 7pm-5ish, take a bottle, then sleep until 6:30/7.

Dd2 woke 3xs per night until 8mos, then once until 10 for a bottle. However she didnt stop waking everynight until 5yrs old and will still come down stairs 2-3xs per week.
Ds-11wks- was waking every 2-3.5 hrs until 10wks. For the last 9days he has slept anywhere b/t 4 to 8hrs, has a bottle, then wakes 3-4hrs later for another. Dd1 was by far my best sleep. She got pumped bm until 6mos and was sleeping 8hrs at 8wks and 12hrs by 12wks.
