Lulu's Glamor Wash?

Any one have experiences - positive or negative with Lulu's in the Fluff Glamour Wash? It was recommended to me by a vendor after I had inquired about other detergents (EcoSprout and Soap Nuts).

I am having some funky stink going on so I am in need of some change (been using RnG and tried switching to Ecos F&C, but not cutting it...but maybe it is because diapers need a good stripping). I would like to stick to more "natural" detergents. I have used Tide on diapers in the past and I still got stinkies, so it isn't the end all fabulous fix.

Thanks!

I liked Lulu's and still use it on my sons clothes as my oldest is sensitive to anything else I've tried so far.

What is your wash routine? Maybe try a little bleach (1/4 cup) or more soap?

Any other reviews for Lulu's Glamour Wash? I'm considering purchasing it. We currently use Tiny Bubbles. It used to work great. Now for a month, though, diapers have remained stinky even after washing. And, ammonia is HORRIBLE especially at night.

If your diapers smell they aren't getting clean. Please try a "regular" store brand detergent, Tide works well. I've been using Tide for 5 years and never had a problem with stinky diapers.

LuLus did absolutely nothing for us. It was like I wasn't using detergent at all lol. I tried it when we first started cloth. I switched to tide and never looked back.

Which type of tide do you use? How much?

Try purex natural elements works great nice smell I buy the linen and Lilly's I used many cloth diaper safe and tide I find tide to strong. But the purex works great.
Also try rinsing out your diapers after each diaper change that will really help.
I use a little in pre wash then about little more then half cap with hot wash extra rinse no stink issue.

We use Tide Ultra powder. I have a top loader and measure it up to the 1 line on the scoop.

Re: Lulu's Glamor Wash?

Yeah, I bought Lulu's and it turned out to be a major disappointment. I used Ecos Free and Clear for a little bit, better, but not great. I am currently trying to use Trader Joe's detergent which is what I use on my regular clothes, and it is not great.

I am rinsing out the offensive diapers before they go into the pail and I can rinse the stink out pretty well. I am also spraying them with Bac Out. I have tried adding Oxygen bleach to the mix. Not much luck with anything, but they don't stink all the time, just some of the diapers, some of the time.

Perhaps trying Purex Naturals would be a way to go. I used Tide when diapering older kids and it too led to build up and ammonia issues and the diapers got all stiff when I used it so not anxious to go back to that.

I need to find my detergent happy place...
