I'm in NY, ordered the morning of the 30th, and haven't gotten anything but a purchase confirmation.

I'm in Hawaii and always get items shipped quickly from them. I'd call their customer service line...I've always had great service with them.

I think shipping is super slow. It has always taken me forever to get my order. I though I was the only person who had this problem. Last time I ordered it took over a week for me to even get my shipping notice. I also got a refund bc part of my order was OOS (a week later). I was a little upset. I ordered from there again thinking the first few times were just a fluke, but I probably won't anymore.

I also ordered a few things from other places the same day (small and large business) and they all arrived before my SCB order even shipped.

My last order this last month took about a week. It did take I think 3 days or so to get my shipping notice. It felt like a long time but it still arrived within a week.

I guess I'm really spoiled. I usually order from Abby's Lane or Happy Baby company and get super fast shipping and prompt customer service. I've ordered from a few different places in the last month or two and either the processing is super slow or the CS sucks. It stinks.

I wanted to update. I got a shipping notice about 4 hours after I posted this. It's just a bunch of samples, nothing that I'm in dire need of, but I hate being stuck in order limbo.

Im on the east coast, usually it takes about a week to get things from SCB, the CS has always been great for me. I do usually get other things from other (closer) shoppes sooner, but when I check the shipment tracking it seems to take a reasonable amount of time to travel across the county
