This thread is great! DH works nights so tonight I ate alone and had maple glazed salmon, roasted asparagus and mashed potatoes love salmon, they actually had it at walmart, wild caught really cheap!

All these recipes sound delish!

Tonight we are having white bean, italian sausage, and spinach all sautéed with some garlic and onions. Pretty cheap and yummy

We just came home from Alabama this week and I was craving some comfort food so we had hashbrown casserole, pinto beans w/bacon, and turnip greens w/turnips.
