Crockpot BBQ Beer Chicken
It smells good. First time trying this recipe. I meant to make this last week, but couldn't when I realized it takes eight hours and I hadn't thawed chicken in preparation and it was already like noon when I looked at the recipe and was ready to get it started. I like to keep dinner around the 6:00/ 6:30 range and 8:00 would be WAY too late. Edit: I'm super glad that the chicken and dumplings recipe is getting so much love. It really is a phenomenal dish and I just love it!
