Of course! It's Mexican night almost every night at my house. Always cheap and easy Oh and if there is more chicken left, the next meal is chicken quesadillas! DH is easy to please.

Crockpot BBQ Beer Chicken

It smells good. First time trying this recipe. I meant to make this last week, but couldn't when I realized it takes eight hours and I hadn't thawed chicken in preparation and it was already like noon when I looked at the recipe and was ready to get it started. I like to keep dinner around the 6:00/ 6:30 range and 8:00 would be WAY too late.


Edit: I'm super glad that the chicken and dumplings recipe is getting so much love. It really is a phenomenal dish and I just love it!
