I'm cooking some beef to shred. I haven't decided for sure if we'll do enchiladas, BBQ beef sandwiches, or shredded beef sloppy joes.

Anything that I don't have to cook! DH said it's Tuscany Tuesday at Pizza Hut. He's got to take DSD to piano practice soon. He's going to bring dinner home when it's over.

Tonight we had

"Twice baked" cauliflower
Mixed Veggies
And tilapia

So yummy! The twice baked cauliflower was great! I am a twice baked potato lover so I wasn't sure if this would be as good but it truly was! Loved it!

Last night we had Chinese because that's what I was craving but I can't believe I ate that now.

No idea for tonight. This nausea is killing me and my passion for cooking/meal planning!

We are having crockpot chicken and dumplings. It's a snow day here. We normally have church dinner but that is cancelled due to weather. I am the only one who really enjoys chicken and dumplings so it is a rarity but I was going for simplicity.
