Royal Jelly while nursing?

I hope this is in the right spot, I also posted it over in the TTC threads. I was hoping to start taking Royal Jelly for overall health and to boost energy. Then I found out that it can help with TTC and I was totally on board. The only concern I have though, is that I am still nursing my 20 month old. Has anyone taken this while breastfeeding or pregnant? I can't find any consistent information on whether or not it is safe and I don't want to risk the health if my child, but would like to try it. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Maybe talk to your doctor before starting? Mine is overly cautious, but I like using her opinion as a springboard of how to research further ) good luck!
